Conference Registration / Terms and Conditions

Payment terms: After completion and return of the registration form, full payment is required within 5 days from receipt of invoice. Entry will be refused to delegates who have not paid their invoice in full. A credit card guarantee may be requested if payment has not been received in full before the event. There is a 50% liability on all bookings once made by website or email. A no refunds policy exists for cancellations received on or after one month before the event. To avoid any doubts, Zenith Group s.r.o. no refunds any payment for cancellations received on or after one month before the event. Should you decide to cancel after this date the full invoice must be paid.

Terms and Conditions: If you have registered for the event, you agree to provide accurate and complete registration information. It is your responsibility to inform Zenith Group s.r.o. of any changes to this information. Each registration to the event is for a single individual only, unless specifically designated otherwise on the registration page. However, if you cannot attend the conference, you may make a substitution (colleague) at least one week before the first day of the event, as long as we are informed in writing by email. Name changes and substitutions must be from the same company.

Zenith Group s.r.o. reserves the right to alter the conference content, timing, speakers or venue without notice. Zenith Group s.r.o. also has the right to switch the conference into virtual space on the web at any time by notifying you. A virtual event means an online conference on the web in which any conference participant, client, delegate etc. can participate at the current time. In these cases, you are not entitled to a refund of any fees already paid.

The event may be postponed or canceled due to unforeseen events beyond the control of Zenith Group s.r.o. [Force Majeure: meaning any circumstances beyond the control of  Zenith Group s.r.o., including without limitations to any Act of God, governmental restrain, fire, tempest, strike or lock-down (other than by Zenith Group s.r.o. own employees or agents), pandemia, war or act of terrorism]. If the event is postponed or canceled for reasons indicated in this section, Zenith Group Events is entitled to switch the event into virtual space on the web or you will receive a credit for 100% of the contract fee paid (hereinafter as “voucher”). This voucher  may be used for another event and must be redeemed within one year from the date of. To avoid any doubts, if you can not use the voucher within one year from the date of cancellation of the event you lose the right to a refund of any fees. If this case of Force Majeure persists, Zenith Group Events is entitled to postpone the virtual event several times.

Zenith Group Events is entitled to postponed the event/conference so that it takes place within 12 months from the date of the postponement of the event/conference (hereinafter the “Period“), or in the case of such a postponed event/conference, the clients/delegates have the right to choose another event/conference within the Period. In case the event/conference is postponed, clients/delegates are entitled to participate in such a postponed event/conference, or may participate within the Period in another event/conference organized by Zenith Group Events. To avoid any doubts, if the event/conference is postponed, or clients/delegates do not choose another event within the Period, clients/delegates are not entitled to a refund of any money. This case there is a no refund policy

We strongly advise all our conference clients/delegates to take out travel insurance. The conference fee includes refreshments, lunch and conference material for the event. This fee does not include travel, hotel accommodation, transfers or insurance, (which Zenith Group s.r.o. strongly recommend you obtain, so client/delegate)… There is a no refund policy. We may store and process your information for administrative purposes and to better understand your needs and how we can improve our products and services. In addition, we may use that information to contact you. You can refuse to send this information at any time.

We have no liability for any third party communications you may receive or any actions you may take or refrain from taking as a result of any third party communication you receive on our website.
